This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy/Policy”) discloses the privacy practices for Katalyst ("Katalyst”, “We/we” or “Us/us”) with regard to collection and use of the Personal data (defined hereunder) of the customers, vendors, employees and the users (“You/you” or “Your/your”) and use of the online platform https://Katalyst.ng (“Website”).  This Privacy Policy along with Terms of Use describes our practices regarding and including your choices in relation to how we collect, store, use, share and secure your personal data across our Website. It also describes your choices regarding use, access and correction of your personal data and your rights in relation to your personal data and how to contact us or supervisory authorities in the event you have a complaint.

If you are an employee of Katalyst, we collect the following Personal Information: name, address, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, marital status, nationality, bank account details, education details, details of family members, blood group.

When you visit the Website, we automatically collect and store certain information to improve security, analyze trends and administer the Website with a view to assist us in improving customer experience. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our and other technical information. If you are an employee, we use your Personal Information for purposes of payrolling and recording attendance, deduction of taxes, payment of remuneration, and providing employee benefits (including making contributions to the provident fund, procuring medical insurance, etc.).

We expect that the data provided to us upon requests are factual and true, and this includes the fact of age However, where it is the case that we have collected (and processed) the personal data of a minor upon a false representation of age, we shall, upon discovery of the true fact of age, discontinue processing of such personal data and take appropriate measures to deactivate the account and of the minor and delete every personal data of the minor from our system forthwith.
